Responsibilities

  • Provide support in creating and posting job requisitions internally and externally, including distribution across job boards and tracking of posting activity
  • Assist as a liaison with hiring managers on recruiting logistics, including job status updates and closures
  • Provide support with recruiting communications, including responding to candidate inquiries and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Provide support for new hire onboarding processes, including orientation coordination, E-Verify processing, and new hire documentation tracking
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding updates, including maintaining organizational charts and employee records
  • Support scheduling and tracking of 45- and 90-day reviews to ensure timely completion and compliance requirements
  • Assist in creating and distributing job descriptions for new hires
  • Provide support in maintaining and updating administrative documents, including employee directories, job posting guides, and internal tracking tools
  • Assist with administrative needs, including creation of forms, workflows, and ad hoc reporting
  • Support employee inquiries and basic troubleshooting (e.g., system updates, manager assignments, leave resets)
  • Provide support in managing compliance-related items, including labor law posters and conflict of interest (COI) tracking
  • Assist with the administration of annual performance reviews, including system setup, data management, tracking completion, and filing documentation
  • Provide support in administering professional development programs, including application tracking, communications, and approval workflows
  • Assist with internal communications, including employee announcements (e.g., birthdays, holidays, closures) and weekly updates
  • Provide support in tracking and sharing employee-related updates with leadership and stakeholders
