Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the People Operations/Office Support will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities. They will be responsible for assisting reception with answering basic questions/directing calls from the main office line and emails from the corporate account, receiving and sorting mail, maintaining appropriate filing systems by utilizing a variety of common office software applications and office equipment and assisting the People Operations department as needed. This is a seasonal position required until early to mid September.
