Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• A self-starter with the discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working within a technology consultancy or digital agency environment would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current administrative and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain streamlined administrative systems, workflows, and procedures to enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Gather, organise, and interpret operational data to produce clear and insightful reports for management.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks, including resource scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation management.
• Act as a central point of coordination between various departments to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment.
• Manage day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring all records are kept accurate and compliant with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports.
• Champion best practices in operational administration across the company.
