About The Position

The Faculty of Information Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Administrative Officer to join their team. This role will provide a range of high-quality administrative services that support the effective operation of research services. Responsibilities include administrative support in the submission of funding proposals, post-award matters, internal Faculty research initiatives, and other activities to support the research portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service focus, excellent administrative capabilities, enjoy problem-solving, manage competing priorities with ease, and possess strong communication skills to effectively support academic and professional stakeholders.
