About The Position

The incumbent provides a wide range of administrative and analytical functions including data collection, problem analysis and resolution, system analysis, etc., in support of the Senior Director and the Department of Radiology.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze operational data
  • Resourcefulness to identify and search for information that is not readily available
  • Previous experience creating, maintaining, and extracting information from a variety of databases
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience working with staff, managers, physicians and/or high-level administrative staff to accomplish established outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to create and produce complex reports using computer programs such as Excel, Access, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to successfully identify priorities while managing multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
  • Ability to analyze and manage budgets and make forecasts as required
  • Ability to act independently to solve problems and develop recommendations for approval
  • Must be able to provide proof of work authorization

  • Experience in an academic environment
  • Experience in a finance related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business
  • Administrative experience in a healthcare environment
