About The Position

In this role you will provide office support to waiver case managers including but not limited to faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, data/service agreement entry, drafting letters, organizing the client file, along with uploading and downloading client documents from the county’s online document exchange system. You will be a vital member of the team in ensuring the department runs smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a DHS background check
  • Computer proficiency (ability to learn new software effectively and demonstrate a high level of IT competence)
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent
  • One year of full-time professional work experience in any field
