As an Administrative Navigator, you will be responsible for steering our team through the vast seas of administrative tasks while keeping spirits high and ensuring smooth sailing for all. Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Call center experience with telephone systems and technology.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, alongside strong and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sharp organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing signed proposals efficiently and accurately.
  • Scheduling production appointments daily to keep operations moving smoothly.
  • Managing production reports and communicating with all customers every 3 weeks until projects are completed.
  • Handling accurate data entry and filing to keep documentation organized.
  • Distributing Work Orders promptly to each division.
  • Supporting other team members through a teamwork-oriented approach.
  • Multi-tasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong accountability.
  • May require occasional weekends.
