About The Position

Manages administrative processes for an operating location or a local service line of Eide Bailly. Implements office/department policies, procedures and goals. Works closely with the Office Administrator and Market Leader handling coordination and office management related tasks including supervising administrative staff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office management including supervisory experience.
  • Consent to a live scan background investigation in order to perform work on Eide Bailly clients (depending on client contract obligations with local Government Agencies).
  • Knowledge of practice management systems.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and practices.
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, policies, and procedures of a large organization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.
  • Must be prompt and dependable with attendance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and managers office/department events such as staff meeting, social activities, volunteer events, wellness screenings, flu shots, etc. as needed.
  • Supervises administrative staff and may serve as a Career Advisor.
  • Provides input regarding office/department operations to recommend changes in policies and procedures, create efficiencies and reduce costs in certain areas.
  • Assists with local recruiting needs.
  • Assists with administrative interviews, onboarding of all new hires, coordinating performance roundtables, etc. as needed.
  • Oversees billing processes for the office where needed.
  • Helps oversee practice management related processes for the office/department where needed.
  • Performs facilities management for the office building including scheduling maintenance, managing security system, and access card tracking, day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Assists the OA with developing the office layout, FF&E, and selecting supply vendors as needed.
  • Coordinates the administrative team to ensure office coverage and approves time off requests.
  • Completes projects as assigned by the Office Administrator, Market Leader and/or Department Heads.
  • Works with ROA's, OA's Leads and others in their region, and across the firm, to help support standardization in service line processes and final deliverables.
  • Serves as part of an administrative team to meet all administrative deadlines and coordinates in-office coverage during operating hours.
  • Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
  • Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
