About The Position

This is an unpaid internship position requiring applicants to be enrolled in a degree program that will grant them credit hours for their internship. The internship is in a related field such as Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Finance, Computer Science, or Human Resources. Interns will have the opportunity to work in various programs including Development, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology. The role involves performing data entry, analysis, and reporting, participating in meetings, maintaining records, and contributing to data-driven solutions. Additional support includes administrative and research tasks, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and identifying process improvements. The position is located in Middletown, NY, with a potential for placement in Mount Vernon, NY. The work hours are flexible within Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Finance, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Must be enrolled in a degree program that will grant credit hours for the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Participate in departmental and team meetings.
  • Help maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in creating and delivering data-driven solutions for staff and project teams.
  • Conduct surveys and assist with data collection.
  • Provide administrative and research support.
