Position Summary The fundamental purpose of the position is to provide the Administrative Fellow with practical experience through direct exposure to and active participation in a variety of administrative activities in preparation for leadership opportunities within the Children's system. This position exposes the fellow to hospital, clinic, and administrative operations in a pediatric health care delivery system. The role enables fellows to apply their fundamental knowledge and skills acquired in finance, strategic management, operations management, and teamwork in a working environment with direct access to a mentor for assistance as needed.
