About The Position

Requirements
- Medical Graduate degree or bachelor’s degree required. Medical graduate preferred
- Healthcare industry experience such as an internship, externship, fellowship, or applicable employment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Helping improve hospital throughput, operational efficiency and assists with discharge planning and works collaboratively with case management team.
- Lead projects that develop analytical, leadership, finance, and health care operations skills.
- Proactively works as a part of multidisciplinary team which contributes to organizational initiatives that impact patient flow and reduce barriers to effective patient throughput.
- Other duties as assigned.
