About The Position

The Administrative Resident will provide leadership in the development, implementation, integration and ongoing evaluation of projects and/or initiatives assigned by Senior Leadership within Tenet Florida Physician Services. The Administrative Resident will serve as the liaison between administration, clinicians and other parties as deemed necessary to fulfill the goals and objectives of the assignments. The Administrative Resident will demonstrate a clear understanding and communicate effectively the goals of the project and how it relates to Tenet standards and hospital objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
• None Required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Hospital Health, Business Administration, or Finance/Accounting.
• Prior experience working in hospital setting or internship in healthcare related field.
