Requirements

  • One year of proven ability as an administrative experience coordinator
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Understanding the importance of data protection and confidentiality
  • Ability to retain information and utilize it in day-to-day activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proactive and able to multitask
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Prior use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Google Suite Platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support in using the copy machine, receiving packages, and maintaining files
  • Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls; when a transfer is not possible, records detailed messages and forwards via email to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintains and archives visitor sign-in sheets and monthly lobby records for audit and security purposes
  • Oversees lobby operations to ensure visitors are received, signed in, and directed promptly
  • Update departmental systems
  • Coordinate calendars
  • Ensure accuracy when processing data
  • Provide prompt and thorough responses to inquiries and verifications
  • Coordinate and maintain supply needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support needs
