Leads a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff to achieve the organization's goals. The Administrative Director in the Leadership & Mentorship Core within CADE at Mass General Brigham (MGB) plays a critical role in advancing the strategic mission of fostering leadership development and cultivating a robust mentoring culture across the academic career continuum. Reporting to the Vice President for Research Strategy and Faculty Support this position oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership and mentorship programs, collaborates with institutional leaders, and supports a culture that acknowledges mentorship as essential to academic success, professional satisfaction, and career advancement. Working closely with CADE leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders, the Administrative Director will support efforts to create and maintain impactful programming, promote best practices in structured mentoring, and ensure the recognition and celebration of excellence in mentorship across MGB. This role requires independence, strategic thinking, project management skills, and a strong understanding of research administration, data analytics, and academic organizational structures.
