The Administrative Director (AD) is the senior operational leader for their assigned health center(s), accountable for safe, compliant, financially sustainable, and effective daily operations. The AD ensures appropriate staffing, facilities, systems, and workflows to maximize patient access to high-quality, cost-effective care. They ensure alignment with ODCHC policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards, while proactively identifying and managing operational, staffing, performance, and compliance risks. Working in close partnership with medical and site leadership, and in collaboration with central departments, the AD fosters a welcoming, efficient, and sustainable environment for patients, staff, and providers.
