The Respiratory Services Administrative Director holds the primary responsibility of strategic leadership of the respiratory services discipline. This position ensures the delivery of high quality, efficient, cost-effective services in compliance with hospital, accrediting and regulatory requirements. This position defines and implements strategic priorities for the department, including defining the department's growth strategy in collaboration with physicians, staff, and patients. The Admin Director works directly with physician partners, manages the businesses, and finances of the service line, directly supervises managers, and directs the quality management of the team.
