Our dedicated administrative staff are caring, knowledgeable and a vital facet of our Eagle Nation. The Administrative Dean supports the Principal and administrative team in fostering a safe, respectful, and student-centered learning environment that promotes academic success, positive student behavior, and strong school-community relationships. This position assists with the coordination of student support systems, attendance and discipline processes, supervision of school operations and activities, and implementation of equitable practices that support student growth and well-being. The Administrative Dean collaborates with staff, students, families, and community partners to ensure effective communication, consistent student support, and a positive school culture aligned with the mission and goals of the district. This position will work 216 days/year (10 months).

Requirements

  • Master's Degree required
  • MN Secondary Teaching license required.
  • MN Administrative license required.
  • Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience or related experience working with students

Nice To Haves

  • Secondary schools supervisory experience preferred.
