About The Position

We're looking for an organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Administrative Customer Service Representative. Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and business software
  • Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Enter orders and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate order updates with customers and internal teams
  • Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks
  • Help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide excellent service while managing multiple priorities
