  • Experienced professional: 1+ years in administrative support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Update subscriber information, billing details, and geographical data using our proprietary system.
  • Perform basic calculations to keep records precise.
  • Respond to emails from over 50 magazine publishers and maintain strong relationships.
  • Handle shifting priorities with confidence in a fast-paced setting.
