Reporting to Manager, Operations YYZ, the Administrative Coordinator is the main point of contact for all airport operations team members for administration and payroll. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including payroll submissions, tracking overtime, processing shift trades, coordinating leave requests, and maintaining office supplies. The position also assists with the recruitment process and ensures adequate resources by managing schedules and communicating about open shifts.
