The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and human resources (HR) support for Conard House and serves as the primary point of contact for the administrative office and HR Department. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. The Administrative Coordinator manages confidential employee data, assists with interview scheduling, and supports a variety of HR initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
