Responsibilities

  • Support general administrative and operational needs across the company.
  • Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives, including photos, video, and content support.
  • Help coordinate company events and internal team initiatives.
  • Assist with documentation, organization, and process support.
  • Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized task lists and ensure responsibilities are completed on time.
  • Take ownership of assigned work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
