About The Position

Barnes-Jewish Hospital has an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Radiology Executive Director and an additional departmental leader within the healthcare imaging organization. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring efficient department operations through meeting coordination, communication, and administrative management. Ideal candidates should have experience working with MS Office and be able to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities. This is an on-site position with some potential for remote work. Occasional travel to BJH- West County as needed. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
  • Coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
