The Office of Undergraduate Studies (OUS), an established unit within the Office of the Provost, operates with goals to meet and exceed retention, persistence, graduation, career, and post-graduate outcomes noted in the strategic plan. OUS comprises three major units: The Academic Center for Excellence, Center for Career & Professional Success, and the Office of General Education. Collectively, OUS units provide transformative offerings through three major functions: academic excellence support, academic and career exploration, and career development. The Administrative Coordinator supports the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Studies and serves as the lead administrative assistant in the Office of Undergraduate Studies. Key responsibilities include event planning, coordinating events with campus partners and vendors, monitoring budgets, business affairs, personnel matters, and interpreting policy and procedures. The Administrative Coordinator works with a high degree of independence with general direction and supervision received from the Associate Provost.
