About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support departmental leadership in a healthcare setting. This role involves administrative operations, office coordination, reporting, budgeting support, HR/payroll processing, and supervision of administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or business experience
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills (Intermediate level)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or academic medical environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to department/division leadership
  • Manage purchasing, records control, payroll, and HR-related transactions
  • Assist with budget tracking and grant allocation documentation
  • Coordinate payroll submissions and resolve HR/payroll issues
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Track and manage contracts, renewals, and procurement activities
  • Assist in planning meetings, events, conferences, and departmental forums
  • Prepare reports, statistical summaries, and documentation for leadership review
  • Support onboarding, training, and supervision of administrative staff (1–2 reports)
  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data integrity
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned
