About The Position

Barnes-Jewish Hospital has an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to support leaders within the Nursing Administration. This role is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support, including ordering supplies, processing and tracking expenses, preparing and documenting meeting minutes, and calendar management. This is a Monday-Friday onsite position with 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 5 PM.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • No supervisor experience required

Responsibilities

  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
  • Coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
