We’re seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting physicians and leadership through expert coordination, communication, and operational excellence. This is more than an administrative role—it’s a chance to be a trusted partner, problem solver, and leader within the department. As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly while supporting physicians and cross functional teams. You’ll also take ownership of higher level administrative and operational responsibilities, including: Organizing and coordinating specialized clerical and administrative functions, Serving as a point of contact for internal and external customers, answering questions, providing information, and resolving concerns, Establishing and maintaining filing systems, including confidential documents, Planning and coordinating special projects, Collecting and disseminating information for internal and external stakeholders, Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain physicians’ calendars, prioritizing appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate and schedule departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, securing meeting space, and distributing materials
  • Distribute incoming mail and correspondence to appropriate team members
  • Facilitate clear, professional communication between physicians, administrative staff, and other departments
  • Maintain well organized records and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • Organizing and coordinating specialized clerical and administrative functions
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external customers, answering questions, providing information, and resolving concerns
  • Establishing and maintaining filing systems, including confidential documents
  • Planning and coordinating special projects
  • Collecting and disseminating information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
