About The Position

As an Administrative Coordinator, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll assist the Program Manager with high-level program administration and coordination to support a fast-paced program of distributed technical teams. The Administrative Coordinator manages scheduling, coordinating, and planning meetings, travel, briefings, conferences, and other high-priority program engagements with key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for interfacing with vendors, potential program customers, and other government stakeholders to schedule capability briefings and assist in the development and maintenance of current marketing material, including presentation decks and slick sheets. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a coordinating or planning role, including planning, logistics, scheduling, and communications
  • Experience in presenting to clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing calendars, organizing events, and coordinating meetings
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint
  • Ability to assist in writing, drafting, editing, and proofreading reports and products
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
