About The Position

Administrative Coordinator is responsible for ensuring manufacturing facility maintains a positive release program which verifies that raw materials (i.e. ingredients, contact packaging materials) and finished products meet acceptance criteria and product safety requirements. The ideal applicant possesses excellent customer service skills, maturity, integrity, and strong attention to detail. Successful candidates make attendance a priority and are reliable and punctual. Excellent communication skills are a must along with a friendly, professional demeanor. The ideal applicant is self-motivated, able to navigate cross-functional teams, and willing to take the lead on ever evolving responsibilities. The ideal applicant shows excellent leadership and is willing to coach and mentor others with similar tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Computer knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills-verbal, written and listening
  • Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions
  • Must be detailed oriented & highly organized
  • Able to multi-task and organize duties
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service desired but not required
  • Experience with accounts payables in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to deal with a changing/evolving environment
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate in a variety of methods and with a variety of personalities

Responsibilities

  • Computers are used for 95% of the job must be proficient in excel, word, outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Operates under the supervision of Maintenance Management Liaison within multiple departments
  • Must be able to communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people from a variety of departments.
  • Assist Maintenance Purchaser/Planner with kitting for WO’s and PMs.
  • Manage non-inventoried parts.
  • Follow the process to Review and properly remove obsolete parts in Catalyst.
  • Assist Purchaser/Planner with inventory checks
  • Assist with reviewing PMs for accuracy, clarity and validity
  • Asset and part reviews – serial number, BOM’s, etc.
  • Close work orders in JDE
  • Process purchase orders (Ariba, JDE, etc.)
