National Jewish Health is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional to serve as an Administrative Coordinator supporting the Lung Cancer Screening program. This role plays a key part in patient navigation and care coordination, guiding patients through every step of the screening process including scheduling, eligibility verification, education, and follow up care. The Administrative Coordinator partners closely with clinical teams and referring providers to ensure a seamless, organized, and high quality experience for patients throughout their lung cancer screening journey. Position Highlights: Coordinates patient navigation, scheduling, and follow up for lung cancer screening services Processes referrals, verifies eligibility, and manages order entry, documentation, and insurance authorization Serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providing education, updates, and re-engagement Maintains databases, tracks outcomes, and supports quality reporting and program metrics Supports multidisciplinary care coordination and the Suspicious Nodule Conference National Jewish Health is the leading respiratory hospital in the nation, caring for patients since 1899.
