About The Position

The University of Rochester is seeking an Administrative Coordinator III to support the Center for Community Health & Prevention’s Director of Community Health Policy and Education. This role involves developing a Health Equity inventory and convening the Health Equity Education Task Force. The position is Time As Reported (TAR), with up to 17 hours per week. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail required
  • The ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff and the community required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the monthly Health Equity Education Council meetings including scheduling, agenda coordination, and minutes.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with residency program representatives for Cohort 2.
  • Help organize and assemble health equity education resources.
  • Create health equity education website connected to the CCHP site.
  • Assist with the Health Equity Inventory, including finishing the REDCAP tool, the reporting interface, and help coordinate the collection of entries in the pilot launch.
  • Other projects and job duties as assigned.
