The Administrative Coordinator II acts as a crucial liaison between department leadership, faculty, staff, university offices, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and efficient departmental operations. A significant part of this role includes serving as the primary point of contact for the promotion and tenure process, coordinating documentation, communications, and timelines, while also supporting faculty evaluation, recruitment, onboarding, records management, and other departmental initiatives in line with university policies.
