About The Position

Supports the Aviation Authority’s travel and procurement card programs through accurate processing, compliance review, and customer service. Assists employees and leaders with policy guidance, training and transactional support while maintaining supplier records and program documentation. The coordinator works independently within established procedures and elevates complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and two (2) years of administrative, finance, accounting, or compliance related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience working in environments that require accuracy, confidentiality and timely processing of financial or transactional information.
  • Experience using business software systems such as ERP platforms, financial systems or travel and procurement tools.
  • Experience providing customer service or program support to employees or organizational units.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of travel industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes preferred
