Perform general clerical duties in accordance with the office procedures of the facility. This role is responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties, serving visitors, vendors, and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. The position also involves maintaining security by following established procedures, keeping track of inventory, working with supply vendors, answering and transferring telephone calls, handling facility inquiries, sorting and delivering mail, and copying, filing, and updating documents.
