About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks while supporting daily office operations and team activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliable transportation may be required for occasional local travel or offsite events.
  • Ability to lift up to 20–30 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties in support of daily operations.
  • Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports and documents.
  • Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings or events.
  • Provide customer service and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
  • Assist with outreach activities, event preparation, and other special projects as needed.
  • Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and general office support tasks.
  • Travel locally or assist with occasional offsite events when required.
