About The Position

The Administrative Clerk will serve as a central point of support, providing essential administrative functions across multiple departments and assisting with special assignments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintain attention to detail and dependability
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage and shift focus between various ongoing tasks

Responsibilities

  • Maintain reception area responsibilities and manage secure visitor access
  • Process and distribute all internal, outbound, and remote employee correspondence
  • Monitor and replenish various workplace inventories, including kitchen and office supplies
  • Serve as the designated notetaker for Safety Committee meetings.
  • Update and maintain internal company schedules.
  • Assist with departmental tasks and special assignments on a routine basis.
