About The Position

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for answering and routing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to customers and employees. Greets visitors, distributes mail, and performs various administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs safely and stand most of the shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrates a high degree of tact and courtesy, and professionalism when interacting with clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks that support efficient business operations. These tasks include managing schedules, receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, organizing files, processing paperwork, preparing reports, handling information requests, coordinating travel schedules, arranging meetings and conference calls, and managing office supplies.
  • Manages customer warehouse management (WM) orders daily and serves as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, order changes, and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating data for daily huddles, monthly business reviews, performance metrics, audits, and sustainability reporting.
  • Responsible for retaining, researching, and processing all invoices for the Denver facility.
  • Greet and announce visitors in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the Visitor’s Log.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to customers and employees.
  • Maintains goodwill and provides exceptional customer service to all customers and potential customers.
  • Maintains phone lists and mailbox labels.
  • Performs job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establishes positive relationships with all employees.
  • Processes and distributes incoming mail daily and processes postage on outgoing mail.
  • Trains new employees in use of phone system.
  • Publishes company monthly calendar.
  • Orders and maintains office supply inventory.
  • Assists the Office Manager with assigned tasks, such as filing, data entry, and typing.
  • May assist with warehouse duties such as lifting and moving boxes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
