About The Position
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Pearce Turk Dental Lab in Wichita, KS, for an Administrative Clerk.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Personable individual with good oral communication skills
- Data entry and computer skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service focused
Responsibilities
- Answering and distributing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule & invoice incoming work.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery request.
- Utilize and operate case tracking software.
- Change codes, dates or other information on work cards and route cases to appropriate departments.
- Utilizing Fedex Manager and UPS Worldship to ship cases.
- Inventory management
- Safety & Compliance
- All other duties as assigned.
