About The Position

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Skill in the use of standard office equipment and software.
  • Ability to implement administrative systems and procedures and to interpret rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage large amounts of data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years of administrative experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of DFPS intake assignment software or tracking tools (IMPACT, Excel).
  • Prior DFPS/CPI experience
  • Prior experience managing communications across diverse teams.
  • Analytical skills for identifying trends and patterns in intake outcomes and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly data reports to account for all intake outcomes.
  • Monitor completion of intakes and follow up to troubleshoot delays or issues.
  • Create and manage multiple detailed Excel spreadsheets for tracking assignments, progress, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate, organize, and schedule meetings with staff and leadership teams as required.
  • Serve as the point of contact for assignment-related inquiries or troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with management to identify ways to streamline assignment processes and improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
