Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative or related experience, ideally in a medium to large organization.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent ability to take direction, be adaptable, and collaborate positively with others.

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate degree or related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings, organizing events, and tracking attendance for the department and leaders.
  • Arranging travel plans and ensuring refreshments are ordered when needed.
  • Following established guidelines with precision.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies, keeping an eye on expenditures.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
