Works under direction to assist with management of administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit. Provides high-level administrative support to department leadership, ensuring compliance with unit and university policies and updating procedures as needed. Coordinates schedules, meetings, and visits. On occasion may support staff recruitment processes, including onboarding. Assists with maintaining a functional work environment and office supplies. May be asked to support special projects, presentations, publications, meetings, and conferences.
