About The Position

This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division, classified as Administrative Associate II. The agency's mission is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of its employees. This role is located at 2577 W 5th Street, Greenville - Pitt County, with the Department of Health & Human Services. The purpose of this position is to provide coverage for admissions, check-in procedures, medical records, billing, and cashier processes for patients attending WBJ Center Outpatient/OTP Services. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:45 am - 2:15 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. This position is required to work onsite. The hourly rate of pay is $18.50, based on education and/or years of relevant work experience. Effective July 1, 2025, candidates meet minimum qualifications if they have the minimum education and experience listed from the class specification. Requirements

  • High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
