Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and monitor office supply inventory. Prepare, update, and file reports, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation. Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and assist with assigned tasks. Respond to inquiries and coordinate communication with vendors. Maintain office organization and ensure all equipment is operational. Coordinate and place phone calls with contractors and engineers. Assist in developing and maintaining weekly work schedules. Complete and submit state-required paperwork, including certifications and proposed schedules. Track material inventory for active jobs and monitor available stock. Print project plans and distribute job notes to employees for upcoming work. Collect daily production reports (DPRs) and scale tickets, and submit them to the Department of Transportation (DOT) and engineers.
