Requirements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years of Office Administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to manage workflow proficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • New Home Builder Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner, determining the purpose of calls and forwarding them appropriately while monitoring staff availability.
  • Assists customers and other team members.
  • Works alongside third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, and trade partners.
  • Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with the address, directions, and other general information.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Oversees and assists in ordering clerical supply inventory for the model home and office.
  • Handles special administrative projects and overflow work from the department, as needed.
  • Takes direction from management and demonstrates a desire to grow professionally.
  • Welcomes clients and on-site visitors cheerfully and professionally, determining the nature of their visit and announcing guests to appropriate personnel.
