Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Build and maintain patient cases within the EMR system
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the call list efficiently
- Verify patient insurance as directed by the Office Manager
- Collaborate with the billing department regarding patient accounts
- Track and submit insurance authorizations and signed Plans of Care (POCs)
- Monitor Medicare tracking requirements
- Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles
