About The Position

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant position at the Aesthetics & Cosmetic Center, located in the Justin Drive Office Building I. The role operates on a day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position requires two years of related work experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. The Administrative Assistant will support the department director and managers through various organizational and communication tasks, maintaining knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Daily duties include answering and directing phone calls, organizing meetings and schedules, producing and distributing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, reconciling expense reports, assisting with projects, and providing direct administrative support. The work is typically performed in an office environment, and the employee is accountable for fulfilling job-specific obligations and adhering to organizational policies.
