As the Administrative Assistant - River Falls, you’ll keep our River Falls office running at full speed—supporting customers and teammates while protecting accuracy, cash controls, and compliance. This entry-level, onsite, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) pays $19.00–$20.00/hour. Key responsibilities include customer/employee support via phone, email, fax, and in person; data entry for inventory, accounts, invoices, and reports; maintaining files and ordering supplies; reconciling route collections and preparing bank deposits; completing A/P, A/R, petty cash, and purchase orders; and supporting safety tracking and hiring paperwork. You’re the first friendly point of contact as calls and walk-ins roll in, keeping answers crisp and service moving. Between conversations, you pivot into the system—updating records, organizing digital and paper files, and keeping supplies ready before anyone has to ask. Later, you handle cash-control moments with focus, double-checking totals and paperwork so deposits are clean and confidence stays high. You’ll also make quick, steady progress on admin checklists—mail flow, forms, and compliance items—while keeping the workspace professional and safety details up to date. The day ends with everything in its place and tomorrow set up to run even smoother.
