This position is responsible for handling the daily activities of the vice president, which includes managing phone calls, meetings, and appointments. The role involves arranging travel and accommodation, scheduling meetings, screening inquiries, producing documents and presentations, and maintaining knowledge of the organization's capabilities and products. The Administrative Assistant will also revise and proofread content, respond to feedback, and work within tight deadlines. Additionally, the role includes organizing and attending meetings, providing general information about the organization, assisting the department as needed, and performing other duties as directed.
