Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who will play a critical role in ensuring white glove service and support to our Executive Chairman, Ken LaRoe. Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant in day-to-day tasks and projects related to the Executive Chairman’s office, this role handles basic administrative tasks such as calendar support, filing and reporting. Additionally, this role may include personal assistance related tasks such as running business and personal errands, often at short notice. This role can be part-time or full-time .

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or currently in college.
  • Customer service or previous administrative/support/assistant experience strongly preferred.
  • Well-verse with technology; strong knowledge on using Apple products required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with filing, reporting, calendaring and other overflow administrative tasks as directed by the Sr. Executive Assistant.
  • Run local errands for the Founder/CEO related to business and personal needs.
  • Maintain exceptional confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with keeping calendars, meetings, and priorities organized.
  • Help track action items and follow up proactively.
  • Prepare reports, notes, or documents as needed.
  • Support smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Pick up, drop off, or deliver items as needed.
  • Assist with onsite business project needs.
  • Maintain reliability in time‑sensitive tasks.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Use Apple devices confidently (Mac, iPad, iPhone).
  • Troubleshoot minor tech issues.
  • Use various apps to organize tasks and schedules.
  • Embody a commitment to environmental, social, and economic justice.
  • Partner with internal resources to ensure adherence and promotion of our commitment to sustainability practices and continued carbon neutrality.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/procedures/practices.
  • Remain vigilant regarding suspicious activity and report to necessary channel(s) when necessary.
