About The Position

Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for one of its healthcare clients. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to departmental leadership. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, payroll processing, budgeting support, vendor management, meeting coordination, record maintenance, and general office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative, business operations, or office support experience.
  • Experience supporting healthcare departments preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to department leadership and staff.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and conference arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, reimbursements, and expense reports.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, statistical summaries, and departmental documentation.
  • Assist with budget tracking, grant allocations, accrual maintenance, and account reconciliation.
  • Process payroll transactions and generate weekly payroll submissions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources and Payroll to resolve employee-related issues.
  • Manage office inventory and coordinate purchasing activities with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track vendor contracts and assist with renewals.
  • Organize meetings, seminars, conferences, and special events.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Screen calls, correspondence, and inquiries, directing matters to appropriate personnel.
  • Support patient scheduling, referrals, testing appointments, and billing activities as needed.
  • Assist with accreditation surveys, compliance activities, and special projects.
